It official started the process to free the slaves, and now you'll be free to see it at the Presidential Museum! A fully signed and recently restored copy of the Congressional resolution for a 13th Amendment to the Constitution, the official act that would abolish slavery in the U.S., will be on display in the Museum's Treasures Gallery! (1/18/12) 7 Places that are "GERMIER" than a toliet seat! AVOID this Cold/Flu season!
1) Hotel/Motel Bedspread - Industry workers say they only wash them once a month...IF they have time!
2) Purse Bottoms - You'd be amazed the stuff your purse picks up! But just think about it! It goes everywhere with you!
3) ATM Keypads - Keep the gloves on when making a transaction! Lots of germs on that keypad!
4) Restaurant Menu's - They rarely get wiped off and when they do, it usually only with a damp towel...not much germ fighting agents in action!
5) Condiment Containers - Again, they don't get much love from servers!
6) Grocery Carts - Long touted for germ infested areas...use the free anti-bacterial wipes to clean them before using them!
7) Gym Equipment - Sweat and who knows what else infest these surfaces...again, not much love from employees when it comes to keeping them really clean!

(1/16/12) - A 7 year old girl from Austin, Texas wears a scarf on her head because she is bald from battling cancer, for a 2nd time! (10/27/11) - A "must-put" on your "computer favorites!" The Statue of Liberty now has 5 webcams attached to it's torch...offering views that haven't been seen by the public in almost a century!!! The webcams were activated 10/28/11 and marked the 125th Anniversary of the dedication of the statue! The camera's are on 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and show: a 180 degree view of NY Harbor, Liberty Island down below, inside the torch itself and the tablet that Lady Liberty holds! The live video also streams views of the Manhattan skyline, parts of Brooklyn and part of New Jersey...hopefully NOT the part that includes "Snooki!" Check them out!!!
