Downtown Springfield, Inc.'s Old Capitol Farmers' Market presented by St. John's Hospital is back for its 9th season on Adams Street between 5th and 3rd Streets. The market is open every Wednesday and Saturday from May - October from 8am-12:30pm. ~ Celebrity Chef Demonstrations by Michael Higgins of Maldaner's Restaurant will take place on the third Saturday of each month. The Artisan Area will be open the first and third Saturdays of each month from June - October, along with live music on the third Saturday of each month.
